Registration for the 29th DEULUX run on November 13th, 2021 is now possible! Only with advance booking by Sunday, November 7th, 2021 at the latest!
The good thing right at the beginning. The 29th DEULUX run will take place on November 13th, 2021 (if the pandemic doesn't unexpectedly put a stop to the planning)! But it will be a little different than usual.
Corona hit us all hard. Clubs continue to have expenses. However, since no real running events and club celebrations could take place, there is hardly any income for the clubs. The club's board of directors has to protect its club from financial risks, and the DEULUX run should continue to exist in the future. As an association, we also have the responsibility to protect runners, helpers and the public as much as possible from health risks. We want you all to stay healthy. Nevertheless, we want to host the 29th DEULUX run on November 13th, 2021. Of course with rules that protect us all from health risks and observe the Corona restrictions. Please note the special additional conditions for the 29th DEULUX run on our website.
So let's go, register! Finally run together again!
We look forward to you!
Your LG Langsur
Special additional conditions for the 29th DEULUX run on November 13th, 2021
Eligibility for participation (3-G rule) Eligible are people who are fully vaccinated, have recovered from corona disease or who present current evidence of a negative Covid-19 test that was not more than 24 hours ago.
Participation only with consent to follow-up contacts, if this should become necessary.
Registration for the 10km Bitburger 0.0% main run costs 15 EUR for all participants this year. If you want, you can donate an additional EUR 5 for the LG Langsur e.V. to ensure the continuation of the running event. The Volksbank run for the youngest, the Volksbank children's run and the Volksbank youth run are free of entry fees. If the run has to be canceled due to the pandemic or if the number of participants is limited, the entry fee will not be refunded, but the registration will then be valid for the DEULUX run in 2022. This is the only way to protect the club from financial damage (Refund if the event is canceled upon express request and individual request minus EUR 2.00 transaction costs).
Should we have to limit the number of participants, those who registered first and the participants in the Luxembourg championship have priority.
A start number can only be issued to people who have been completely vaccinated at the time of the run, to those who have recovered or who can prove a negative test by means of a certificate on the day of the run, which is not older than 24 hours. The proof must be presented together with the identity card when the start number is issued. No start number may be issued without proof. Issue of start numbers for the main run only to the participants personally. It is not possible to give start numbers to other participants (only for children and youth races).
Children and young people under the age of 17 who take part in the children's and youth runs do not need any of these documents (no vaccination or test certificate required). The youth run for the 14-16 year olds is limited to an estimated 50 participants.
When registering for the 10 km main run, the expected finish time must be specified. If necessary, a starting block can be divided up.
Consumption vouchers can be ordered when registering. If the run cannot take place, the vouchers will remain valid for 2022. Refunds of unredeemed vouchers (even in part) are only possible at the voucher box office on the day of the event.
The participants should arrive in competition clothing. There are no changing rooms and no shower facilities. A bag with e.g. a tracksuit or a jacket etc. can be handed in at the gym. We'll keep the bags for you during the run.
All corona rules must be observed!
The LG Langsur e.V. will provide each participant with the current Corona rules for inspection when the start number is issued.
The instructions of the helpers of the LG Langsur e.V. must be followed.
The entire run and the supporting program take place outdoors.
